Ensure you’re on the Voters’ List
To ensure your name is on the Voters’ List for the upcoming municipal elections and that the information is correct, visit the Clerk’s Office at Quinte West City Hall located at 7 Creswell Dr, Trenton, during normal office hours or the Frankford Ward Office, 22 N Trent St., Frankford, during normal office hours.
If your name is not on the Voters’ List or is shown incorrectly, you can make an application to the City Clerk requesting that the list be amended.
Revisions of the list will be undertaken at the City Clerk’s Office during normal office hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2022 until Monday, Oct. 24, 2022.
Voter Information Letter (VIL)
You will receive your Voter Information Letter (VIL) in the mail. This will have all the information you need to cast your ballot from Oct. 11 – 24, 2022, including your online voting personal identification number (PIN).
Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed.
