Voting begins for the 2022 Quinte West municipal election

The voting period for Quinte West’s 2022 municipal election begins today, Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 10 a.m., until Election Day, Monday, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m. 

Eligible voters can cast their ballot online anytime, anywhere during the voting period. If voters do not have access to a device or internet, or need support using the online voting software, the following voter help centres are available to provide assistance: 

  • Heroes Landing (57 Stella Cres., Trenton)
    Open Oct. 11, 15, 18, 22 and 24 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

  • Batawa Community Centre (81 Plant St., Batawa)
    Open Oct. 11, 15, 18, 22 and 24 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

  • Occasions By the Bay (980 Old Hwy. 2, Trenton)
    Open Oct. 12 and 24 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. 

Voter Information Letters have been mailed to all registered voters and contain all the information you need to cast your ballot. If you’re eligible to vote and have not received your Voter Information Letter, or if any of the information on your letter is incorrect, use one of the options below to amend your information or to be added to the Voter’s List: 

  • Call 1-343-301-4662
  • Visit Quinte West City Hall (7 Creswell Dr., Trenton) or the Frankford Municipal Office (22 N Trent St.) Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
  • Visit a voter help centre location
